RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Peptiva, we aim to ensure all orders arrive correctly and in excellent condition. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research peptides, returns and refunds are limited to the conditions below.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The incorrect item was delivered

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering mistakes
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

To qualify for a refund:

• Product must be unopened and unused
• Original packaging must remain intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return must be authorised before sending back

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Items returned after 14 days
• Products affected by improper storage or handling

These products may be exempt from standard cooling-off rights where applicable.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error occurred on our side

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed rapidly due to product sensitivity.

• Cancellations may be accepted before dispatch
• A 5% processing fee applies
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

Peptiva reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where misuse or breach of terms is reasonably suspected.
